The Hopper Vac 450 is a butterfly central dump style of vacuum loader. Fitted with a 250mm butterfly valve. This unit has been designed for powders, fluids and fly ash, grains and all lighter type industrial waste.

All vacuum loaders can be configured with manual or automatic controls. The Bulldog 150 suspended by the forklift in the above picture has an automatic pneumatic actuator controlling the butterfly valve.

The 250mm butterfly valve above is held in place by high tensile strength bolts and a solid 8mm steel retaining plate.
